2. Q: Can you give me effect photo if I send you my logo?

A: About 5-10 workdays for mass production.(Depend on your order quantity)

A: The usual payment terms are T/T, Paypal, Credit Card.

7. Q: How about the processing?

A: Submit design (you) > submit quotation (me)> confirm to order and pay cost (you)> create art work (me)>Approval (you)> production + shipping (me).

8. Q: What is your minimum order?

A: We don’t have minimum or maximum order.

A: Usually from 1 inch to 12 inches, we will recommend the best for you.

10. Q: What format of the design file is ok?

A: PDF, JPG or AI will be fine.

Our production workshop premise covers 1800 square meters with 8 BARUDAN machines, 12 TAJIMA machines, 5 chenille embroidery machines, 5 laser machines. Advanced machinery and equipment get the exceptional looking patches we create for our customers. While your patch design can be very simple with one or two colors, most people opt for several colors. The maximum thread colors we can run on our machines are 12.
